I start with a free consultation to identify your wants, needs, resources and goals. (Some typical questions are listed below.)
At the end of the consultation, if we want to work together, I will prepare a proposal based on your goals and budget. The proposal could be for a single, short-term project or for ongoing PR and communications assistance.
After you’ve reviewed the program, if we decide to work together, I’ll prepare a detailed plan. The plan will guide our activities and form the basis for evaluating the program.
You will hear from me regularly to report on progress, get information and discuss ideas.
I will monitor your budget as if it were my own money. I will not go over the budget unless we agree to the increase in advance (in view of unforeseen circumstances or an increased scope of work).
I require a deposit as authorization to begin work. I bill either on a project basis or on an hourly rate against an overall budget. I provide a detailed report of activities once a month. When needed, I may bring in other consultants to supplement my work. No one will work on your account without your knowledge and consent.
